Our Services

Sunday Foundation Yoga Class, is a smart, supportive, full-body practice designed to help you build strength, stability, and awareness for the week ahead.

This class focuses on functional movement, joint health, breath, and intelligent sequencing , helping you feel grounded, capable, and connected without unnecessary strain. Expect options, thoughtful pacing, and an emphasis on longevity rather than performance.

This is not a “collapse on your mat” class — it’s about setting a strong, steady baseline so everything else in your week works better.

All levels welcome.

Restore & Reboot Yoga Class (This one is sneaky powerful — recovery + regulation.), is a nervous-system–focused morning class designed to help your body recover, regulate, and reset.

This class blends gentle yoga, supported poses, breathwork, and subtle movement to improve circulation, lymphatic flow, and overall resilience. It’s ideal if you’re feeling depleted, sore, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a deep exhale.

Think maintenance for your body and mind, like clearing the hallways and taking out the trash.

All levels. No yoga experience required.

In a Vinyasa Flow Class, the focus is on linking asana (poses) with movement and breath.  You will build heat with Vinyasa (flow) to warm and prepare the body for building strength, balance, and flexibility.  Modifications will be offered so that all levels of practitioners are welcome!

PI-Latte fusion is a great workout to build muscle and stamina, and it teaches focus and relaxation. Leslii's classes begin with muscle-toning Pilates inspired and end with yoga inspired, lengthening and meditation. “The yoga part of the workout offers more lengthening and relaxation of muscles,” she explains.
All levels of practitioners are welcome!

Every session is designed to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and help you build sustainable strength and mobility.

This is not performance-based movement. This is body-aware, choice-based, healing-focused practice.
